Release 001 is a special prep natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region with a bright, fruit-forward cup and an aromatic floral finish. This coffee is from the Yaye Washing Station, established in 2021, as a part of The Odakko Project. It is a product of 50 smallholders from the Yaye & Chericho Village.
