Brew With Intention

Give The Coffee Room To Speak.

Release 001 shines best as a pour-over or other clean-filter brew, highlighting its floral aroma, fruit sweetness, and citrus clarity. It’s equally delicious as espresso—whether enjoyed straight or in milk-based coffee beverages.

  1. 01
    Start With Fresh Water

Use filtered water just off the boil so the cup stays expressive and balanced.

  2. 02
    Grind Before Brewing

Grind only what you need. Aim for a medium-fine to medium grind for most pour-over and drip brews. For espresso, use a fine grind.

  3. 03
    Taste As It Cools

Let the cup cool for a few minutes—the coffee’s tasting notes become even more distinct.
